You may want to work on multiple schedules where you want to categorise staff by department or by skill sets. The general guide is if you want to move staff within the same group, even if they have different roles or in different departments you need to keep them in one schedule.
Alternatively if you have teams that work in departments or have roles that rarely interact or are independent of each other than you may want a separate schedule for each group depending how you chose to categorise or define them.
