Introduction working with schedules


Schedule24 has a multiple document interface which means you can display and work on more than one schedule at once.

Depending on the purchase you have made you can schedule up to a specified number of staff in each schedule you have open. For example you can have four schedules with a maximum of 25 staff per schedule totalling 100 staff in total. Alternatively you may be licensed to shedule 100 staff in each schedule you have open.

You have a number of options how to display multiple schedules, and you can use editing tools to copy and paste information between schedules. You can also import staff information into a new schedule from an existing schedule.
