Each staff member will have a working hours profile constrained by legislation and perhaps their own working preferences. Most profiles will have a maximum threshold; and some may have minimum working hour thresholds. They will all have a rest period threshold. Working hour profiles can be set as a default for the whole group, or alternatively individually where working hours arrangements are different.
