Schedule24 Standard Edition offers business managers or team leaders an integrated workflow for
creating, planning and publishing staff schedules. Personal information is entered into the Personnel Contact Manager using simple text box entry, which then automatically display employee lists in a perpetual calendar. Shift times and descriptions are entered using the schedule wizard or specialist editing tools. More information about
assignments and staff unavailability can be added and uniquely cross referenced even when modified.
Two main types of schedule can be printed. A Day Plan schedule which contains detailed information that can be ordered chronologically, which means the first employees working that day are listed at the top, or alphabetically by staff name. A weekly or monthly schedule ordered either alphabetically or chronologically, employees being listed on the left hand side of the grid, with the days and dates of the week on the top of the grid. This schedule format can also be published to the web.
