Automated Staff Scheduling Wizard
The scheduling and shift design wizard is designed to help you work out more complex shift patterns. The schedule wizard will automatically generate a wide range of the most common shift patterns based on the options you select. The rules will automatically generate a perpetual schedule for as long as you need it. You can open the shift pattern created by the wizard from within the shift design environment, allowing further modification.
Staff Manager
A comprehensive staff manager keeps all your staff information and contact details in one place for swift access during the course of your scheduling. Information about job titles, skills and roles, including time stamping authorizations, can be used to ensure better choices are made. Once staff details have been entered in one schedule you can instantly import those details into a new schedule, avoiding the need to re-enter data.
Shift Pattern Designer
Experienced managers can create any combination of shift patterns using the Shift Pattern Design environment. Over thirty rules can be integrated to automatically generate perpetual schedules over long date ranges. A visual approach is adopted, including color mapping, to build the rule base of shifts and day-off/day-on ratios to match any demand profile. There is no limit to the types of shifts, descriptions or combinations. No programming skills are required.
Team Manager
Keeps track of staff allocations to multiple shift patterns. It enables staff to be re-allocated to other teams or different shift patterns. You have total control to select the date when changes take place, including “locking-down” patterns of working before and after new shift pattern changes are activated. Matching differences between changes in shift rotation cycles is also supported to provide continuity of the overall shift scheduling strategy. No programming skills are required.

When recording sickness or leave, you can monitor the effects on the distribution profile and staff headcount by a range of categories including job title and team grouping.
