Note: International Users
On some non-English operating systems, the Schedule24 installer is not able to find the Users group.
To complete the installation a Users group must be created.
1. Open Control Panel
2. Double-click Administrative Tools and select Computer Management
3. Next, expand System Tools select Local Users and Groups and double-click Groups.
4. With your mouse pointer right-click Groups and choose New Group.
5. In New Group add the word Users (in English). Next click OK.
6. It will report if the Group already exists or it will create the Group. After adding the Users group, you should be able to run the installer and complete the installation successfully.
