Tim Mills - COO and Co-founder

With over 15 years experience managing distribution and internet sales channels worldwide. He developed company infrastructure and business process and drove Intellicate to achieve Microsoft Certified Partner status. His focus on strategic partnerships in North America and Australia spearheads his responsibilities for business development and communications.

Richard Mills - Chief Executive Officer and Co-founder

Richard Mills - CEO and Co-founder

Experienced in all aspects of the software lifecycle, business intelligence systems, and development of large system scheduling solutions. Before co-founding Intellicate he held senior management positions in several Cambridge software companies. A graduate in Cognitive Psychology he researched constraints scheduling and knowledge engineering techniques at the AIAI Edinburgh. He is responsible for product strategy and vision.
